
This low-carb recipe is incredibly delicious. You would love it served over ginger noodles. Try this one too!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs round steak, cut into serving size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or more if needed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 cup sliced onion
- 2 medium green bell peppers, cut into chunks
Procedure:
Salt and pepper the steak and brown in oil.
In the pressure cooker, place steak and remaining ingredients in cooker and close pressure cooker. Bring pressure up to full, then reduce heat and cook under full pressure for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let cooker sit for 15 minutes, then release remaining pressure and serve.
