Fissler Blue Point- As the Leading Pressure Cooker Brand

Pressure cookers come in 4 to 8 quart sizes, but a 6 quart size is what most recipes are made for. You want to choose a pressure cooker that has a detachable pressure regulator so you can adjust the pressure to low, medium or high. A higher temperature on the inside of the pot will decrease cooking time and safety valves vent the steam.

Despite its sophistically engineered looks and safety design incorporated therein, a Fissler pressure cooker is the simplest kitchen device to use. No more worries of steam build up because a Fissler Blue Point pressure cooker is silent and steam-free. It surely maintains a constant temperature for the contents inside to get cooked in the healthiest manner in the shortest possible time.

Let a Fissler Blue Point pressure cooker surprise you too in more than one way. Contrary to the heavy and bulky image that is all too often associated with common pressure cookers, its design offers all the desirable features that you could ask for at a much lower weight without compromising on its functions and durability.

I am a pressure cooker advocate and I believe in using the power of pressurized steam as the only way to faster but healthier cooking. Fissler pressure cookers combine healthy nutrition with gentle cooking, since atmospheric oxygen is expelled and the cooking periods are quite short.

My Fissler Quattro set has allowed me to enjoy different dishes I only have in mind before. I have roasted, seared, grilled, braised, steamed, fried and pressured food quickly from main dishes to desserts. Wow, I was even amazed I made that all! I am much amused with its pressure skillet that I often use as a small pressure cooker, you won't believe how she has become an envy of my friends. One more thing, I feel safe with its induction-compatible super thermic base. I think it's the only cooker brand I have that has it all. A true investment and pride in my own kitchen.

All I can say? Thanks Fissler!
